Holy Yoga combines the many benefits of yoga with a Christ-honoring experience that inspires authentic connection to God. This 60 minute practice integrates Scripture, prayer and worship into the physical discipline of yoga, moving to the rhythm of our breath and contemporary Christian music. Classes focus on postures that build strength, endurance, patience, balance and flexibility. You will be encouraged to move in joy, to soak in grace, take rest as needed and listen to YOUR unique body. Everyone is welcome.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 9AM – 10:00AM
This class is designed to take each student through an experience of wholeness, healing and personal insight where you will feel safe with straight-forward instruction on your alignment in poses. You will also learn how to care for yourself off the mat through information on nutrition, digestion and lifestyle recommendations so you can deeply experience whole body wellness. All levels welcome; especially individuals who find touching their toes to be nearly or completely impossible.
