APRIL Yoga Class Challenge
The images and stories coming for the TV, radio and social media is overwhelming. We’ve ALL been impacted by COVID-19. My heart goes out to EVERYONE!!! From those working overtime to keep us safe and healthy, to those who don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Okay, so we’ve been sequestered to our homes until April 30th. While it took me awhile to succumb to the though of a whole month, I quickly shifted my thoughts to “how can I find the silver lining in this cloud?” Then I thought of ALL of you facing the same situation and immediately said “WE NEED MORE YOGA!” All last week I focused on the root chakra, this weekend I moved into the Sacral chakra. It took me from imbalanced emotions to stability and clarity. To a place of standing in my truth and knowing that all is well even when it seems out of control. Each chakra system builds on the next in an effort to bring peace, balance and harmony to the endocrine system, so I’m going to start from the beginning this week as we launch into our April Yoga Class Challenge. Please join me in the many amazing benefits of yoga, and add a new lifestyle habit to your routine.
Here’s the “Challenge” :
- You’ll be asked to “Register” for each class on Schedulicity. By registering, I’ll be able to track how many times you came to class. The more classes you attend, the more points you get. The person with the most points at the end of April will receive a FREE 60 Minute Massage!
- You will also receive points for the number of people you invite. These people MUST attend a class. Please keep track of their names and report to me by May 1. Whoever invites the most people will also receive a FREE 60 Minute Massage!
Let’s find that silver lining, and support our immune system by reducing stress and inflammation through the Yoga Class Challenge! When we allow stress to invade our minds and emotions, we weaken our immune system and increase inflammation.
