A SIX Week Program

I related to a lot of the above until I began to delve more deeply into living a yogic/Ayurvedic lifestyle. Actually, I was forced into figuring out something different as I dealt with a rash on my face for over a year due to adrenal insufficiency. I was taking adrenal support supplements but continuing on with my hectic schedule, eating, drinking and working away because “oh I’m on an adrenal supplement”. BUT my lifestyle wasn’t changing. I had a steady yoga practice and received acupuncture every month, which is what probably saved me from getting worse. Then I found Cate Stillman and Yoga Health Coaching and John Immel of Joyful Belly. From there Whole Body Wellness (WBW) was created. WBW is based on the wisdom of Daily Routine as mapped out by Ayurveda, meaning science of life. The essence of daily routine is to live in harmony with Nature’s cycles. When we understand the shifting energy contained in a 24-hour cycle, we understand what to do to have optimal health and longevity. We also take into consideration the shifting energy of the seasons. Add to that your individual constitution and you have a seemingly complex amount of moving parts! While I still have moments where I get out of balance, it’s a great relief to know exactly what to do to bring myself back into harmony with life around me. Our Creator made these natural, nature cycles for a reason, it’s up to us to live accordingly. One of the key ingredients to digestive health is a healthy lifestyle.
The six week Whole Body Wellness program, can help you get your body back into balance, which is part of the digestive health. Each week we focus on one lifestyle habit, include appropriate foods for your unique body type. The habits build upon each other and collectively ripple out to have a profound and lasting impact on your health. You CAN feel alive and vibrant again. You CAN get aligned to the spiritual aspect of your life.
Using habit, lifestyle and personal evolution techniques proven successful through scientific research, you will be compassionately guided to make healthier changes you can keep, and continue to improve upon.
In Ayurveda, we are trained to support the healthy environment of the individual’s gut, change their diet and lifestyle, and let the body do the healing.
