On-line Yoga Classes

 

Hopefully, by now, you've gotten used to these changes we've made in an effort to protect ourselves and others from COVID.  Let's continue to find that silver lining during this new normal and support our immune system by reducing stress and inflammation through Renew's On-line Yoga Classes.  When we allow stress to invade our minds and emotions, we weaken our immune system and increase inflammation.  The 6:30 a.m. class is also in the studio located at 630 Boardwalk #1 (Inside Lone Peak Physical Therapy West Entrance).  For the summer, the 9:00 a.m. class will be held outside at Valley West Pavilion on Cascade and Clifton.

Yoga Class Schedule:

Functional Yoga Class Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.

Holy Yoga Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
