Renew was formed while I was in massage therapy school and has evolved into more than just massage. After graduating from massage therapy school I started teaching yoga at various locations. There became a greater interest for more yoga classes. After a short search I came across our amazing space at 438 E. Mendenhall. Several students and clients comment on how inviting and welcoming the space is, some even come a few minutes before class just to sit and soak in the tranquility. It is truly sacred and set apart. Warm welcoming colors with wood finishing and FREE herbal tea to help keep you grounded. Student’s interested in finding a studio where they are welcomed to show up in sweats and a t-shirt, welcomed whether they can touch their toes or maybe glance down at them. Don’t have a yoga mat? Don’t worry- we provide yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters FREE of charge. We all need to start somewhere and Renew is the place to be!
